What is a gentle polishing compound I can use in vibrating jewelry cleaner to polish coral

I have a branch coral necklace that has no luster. I want to polish it, and read one could use a vibrating jewelry cleaner machine but instead of cleaner use a gentle polishing compound. Can you help me with what compound might work?

Thank you!

Hi Debbie!

While I do know that while you can use a rotary-style tumbler for stone polishing, I do not know which medias and compounds would work best for your needs. That being said, you may get some good advice by contacting a local lapidary club for help with the finishing of coral or other stones you may want to polish up. If they don't have the answers for you, I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
