          Lampwork Necklace

Living on the Gulf Coast of Florida certainly has an influence on my jewelry. I'm surrounded by water and glistening sand, and with this gorgeous Sterling silver and lampwork necklace  I hope to be able to share a bit of this tropical, dreamy, ocean  feel with you — especially  you folks who are landlocked!

I've used about 2-1/2 yards of 14 gauge Sterling silver wire in the piece. Thai Hill Tribe silver sea creatures, including 2 large fish and the 3 inch long focal shell create the theme of this stunning and lovely wearable art necklace.

I've added my own handmade silver wiredoodles...they remind me of curling waves and flowing sea plants, adding a bit of whimsy and movement to this eye-catching piece.

Faceted rondells of green garnet and dozens of sparkly Swarovski crystals complement this necklace's wonderful borosilicate lampwork beads. Their colors really pop! Sterling silver spacers, a hammered swan style clasp and coiled  Sterling silver links — all 100% handcrafted by me — make this necklace a real head turner!! 

This incredible lampwork necklace is adjustable from 20-24 inches in length and has a 4 inch focal drop.
