Peruvian Pink Opal Necklace

Known as "The Stone of Love", these beautiful beads are Peruvian pink opals. The simple necklace style shows off these large freeform nugget shaped gems. The largest of them measures 36mm x 27mm. These opals have been 'rough-tumbled' giving them a wonderful smooth feel. Natural inclusions enhance the look of these earthy gemstones.

Hill Tribe silver spacers and freeform nuggets, together with my own handmade infinity style Sterling silver chain and clasp, complete the necklace. I've strung everything on heavy gauge Softflex® nylon coated stainless steel beading wire for flexibility and durability, and added an opal dangle to the end of the chain.

I've made this lovely Peruvian pink opal necklace adjustable from a 16-1/2 inch choker to 19-1/2 inches in length. It lays beautifully on the neck. You choose the length that is just right for you!
